Error 1001: The execute permission was denied on the object 'proc_putObject'


I received the above error during the installation. I am logged in with administrator rights. I also went as far as to explicitly grant execute rights on the proc_putObject stored procedure but still no success.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Rob, i have had the same issue and its killing me, is your setup an upgrade from SPS 03?
i hope the guys here can provide some support on this as i already posted a couple of comments and sent him an email.
i really need this solution, as it will save me ALOT of work and effort

Found a solution for this issue? I'm running into exactly the same error. Installing the app for "only me" helped somehow, but i can't find the feature to activate afterwards.

I also installed it for "only me". Then I went to the root site... site actions --> site settings --> under the "Site Collection Administration" collumn click on Site collection features --> Activate Display settings (powered by Bewise). Once you do this you will need to reset IIS on the web front end server.
